About Us

WWWco. was founded in 2021 by Amanda Williams, Luna Leia, Cynthia Oglethorpe, Ashley Maxwell, Jackie Denelle & Kerry Garrigan and has had a presence within the Alexandria downtown district ever since. Our wonderful workshops work hard to help cultivate the inner artist in all of our guests who come into our Collaboration or those who participate. We offer workshops and classes in order to inspire and enhance everyone’s creative spark and spirit. Make sure you don’t miss out on any of the fun by joining us today.

What We Envision

At Whimsical Wonders & Workings Collaboration, we understand the importance of support in an artist’s life. Our community serves as an educational branch and support system for all artists who join in our Collaboration or participate in our workshops, by providing a special place where their creative juices can flow freely. We’re dedicated to our artists, and we provide them with the appropriate training and tools they need to succeed. It’s our mission to ensure that the arts remain strong, and to offer workshops to artists of all levels - introducing newcomers to art and creativity, and refining the techniques of even the most veteran artists.

Our Values

Whimsical Wonders & Workings Collaboration was born out of a desire to support artists all over the Central Louisiana area, and ever since then, that’s exactly what we’ve been doing. We wish for our community to grow to include local artists from all walks of life. We can help sculpt and mold you into the creative individuals. We’re so proud of the community that we are creating and love watching artists blossom.

Classes We Offer

Are you ready to learn something new? Our classes are available for types of skill levels, different mediums and are held monthly!

Get your hands dirty with a fun and interactive Art Workshop class. All past and current participants love our workshops and feel extremely satisfied after leaving. Workshop sizes are generally kept small in order to ensure each participant gets enough attention from the instructor. Workshops are also a great way to mingle and meet other local artists in the Central Louisiana community.

Jewelry Making Workshop

Bone crafting is a prehistoric artform which involves the use of bones, especially antlers, to create beautiful art pieces, such as jewelry, sculptures, as well as adding flare to everyday items such as walking canes, utensils, etc.
